valve seat regression - caused by excessive head temps - caused by too much boost (over 1 bar !!).

valve paste on the barrels - use this to lap the barrels into the heads for a good seal

Prepped stock heads - note the grinding paste on the sealing surface - the barrels are lapped into the heads using valve grinding paste to give a good seal. Would have used copper rings but these are not readily available for stock bore size

Making up the new prototype bracket - everything needs to be manufactured very accurately or the pulleys will not line up correctly

Clearance for the electrical connections on the alternator is VERY tight

I moved supercharger down lower to provide clearance for early busses whilst still using an alternator
