Besides the headlights and the changed dashboard gages panel, this car should be completely original and it really looked accordingly. The car was bought in 1962 for $1642 and the previous owner drove it in 4 American states up until 1985. Then it was put away in a barn until 2014. If I am not mistaken the crankshaft bearings of these cars could not handle use on tracks and races and probably that explanes why the car had its engine rebuilt in 1965.
